About Me, Personally:
I am a brilliant and charming Jersey boy, though I like to point out to any concerned that I was born in the far off land of Brooklyn, NY.I'm into a lot of things a little bit, and a few things a bit more. I should probably flesh out this paragraph...
I graduated from Cornell with a B.A. in English in 1991, UPenn with a law degree in 1997, and Cardozo with an LL.M. in 2006.
I attended Machon Shlomo yeshiva from 1998 to 2000, in the days of Rabbi Rosenberg (z'l).
This used to be a picture of me lookin' silly, but you might be Googling me, so I had to serious it up a bit.
Here's a (cropped) picture of me at my brother's college graduation. It was cold that day.

And here's a picture of me looking at some seals in California. It was not as cold that day.

About Me, Professionally:
I am a brilliant and charming mid-level Intellectual Property litigator.
I received my J.D. cum laude (Order of the Coif) from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997 and an LL.M. (distinguished performance) from the Cardozo School of Law in 2006.
Between the J.D. and the LL.M., I practiced law for a total of five years at large firms, a small firm, and on my own. I also traveled and went to yeshiva.
I have a blog about IP issues that strike my fancy: IPNotions.com
